I bought your 7D https://www.amazon.com/COOLSSHA-Automatc-Rechargeable-Electric-Toothbrush/dp/B0734P6HY8?th=1 on Amazon.com 6 months ago and it has stopped working. No motion at all.

When I press the power button the light goes green, flashes red, goes green again then goes off. I have tried recharging it no difference.

Amazon say I need to contact you as they will not deal with the warranty.
